XiltriX International company meeting March 2023

Rosmalen 10 March 2023, As a company XiltriX International has experienced a rapid growth both nationally as well as internationally. Even during pandemic years, the number of people and complexity of projects has steadily increased. This meant that some teams have been changed or expanded. It was time to get all staff together and look towards the future.

We got assistance from coach Ancy Bierens, who is specialized in team coaching, to take our great team and lift them up to the next level. Having everybody together gave a great energy to the meeting (which last year would have been called a super spreader event 😉).

We also had the pleasure to celebrate anniversary of Jos Spronk, our longest serving colleague, and godfather of the predecessor to XiltriX. Jos has been with the company for more than 30 years. I personally had the pleasure of working 22 years with Jos, he taught me everything there is to know about XiltriX.
