Laura Gontha

As account manager for XiltriX, I am the contact person to customers. What makes me happy is building and managing client relationships, for both existing and new business accounts.

Key elements in my work are networking, dedication, stakeholder management and offering customer service with a human touch. In my way of working the aim is to understand customer’s needs and that the customer will be heard, to offer the best solution that fits to the demand of the customer. My focus is sustainability of the relationship based on trust, customer loyalty and satisfaction.

I have been working in sales, business development and account management since 2009 in Healthcare. I have achieved overall knowledge in technology and IT since early 2000.
