Data management, storage and retention
Measurements are acquired in real time, 24 hours a day, and stored as fully accessible historical records with automatic backup. Nothing is thinned or discarded, so any period can be reopened years later for analysis, reporting or an audit.

Acquisition and storage
In any professionally run laboratory, product storage, microbiological processes and environmental conditions must be controlled and recorded to stay compliant and validated. XiltriX acquires that data continuously through the sensor network and stores it, with automatic backup, as historical records that stay fully accessible.
- Real-time acquisition, several readings per sensor per minute
- A sensor network that scales from a single incubator to a multi-site estate
- Automatic backup of the historical record
- Any historical period retrievable at any time for analysis or reporting
- Multi-parameter graphics and export in several formats
- Documentation set suitable for internal and external compliance and validation
The audit trail
Alongside the measurements, the system records what happened around them: alarms raised, who acknowledged them and when, limit changes, calibration events and configuration changes. That trail is what makes the measurement data defensible rather than merely present.
Retention
Retention obligations in blood banking, tissue establishments and pharmaceutical QC can run to decades. Because the record is stored centrally and exported on a schedule, meeting a thirty-year obligation becomes a configuration decision rather than a filing cabinet.
