In 2018 I started as a Sales Support officer, focusing on our International customers. During my first year, my interest in our internal processes & information was piqued. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to implement a new ERP system (AFAS) in 2019/2020. Since then, I have been the lead administrator. My current focus in on creating a single point of truth in AFAS, as well as improving our internal workflows. I enjoy helping my colleagues by giving support and training, as well as providing easy access to management information. The ultimate goal for me is to make sure everyone has easy access to the correct information they need to do their job!
