In the position International Account Manager for XiltriX International, I am the contact person to customers and distributors Internationally. Building and maintaining relationships is key to be able to provide short- and long-term assistance with customers directly and distributors. Being friendly, open, and empathetic by nature allows me to understand particular needs, nurture ideas and hopefully be able to provide the solution in a timely manner.
Communication is key and imperative to gain the client’s trust during this process, so I endeavor to inform them of the progress that is being made. As various customers describe me: Full Professionalism with a human touch.
My background is in Laboratory Automation, I’ve worked in various positions such as: Laboratory Engineer and Planner/Service Coordinator before I switched to Sales where I can truly excel in customer interactions.
